📝 Booking Information

Deposit: 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date

Final Payment: Due 7 days before the event

Booking Window: Reserve at least 2 weeks in advance; rush bookings may include a surcharge

Setup & Breakdown: We arrive 45–60 minutes before your event and break down after service ends

Service Time: Packages cover 2–3 hours, depending on tier; extra time can be purchased

Travel: Serving the Inland Empire / San Bernardino County. Travel fee applies outside 25 miles of Rialto, CA

Gratuity is not included but appreciated.

🛡️ Health & Safety

All beverages are prepared fresh with safe food-handling practices. Staff follow ServSafe-style guidelines (gloves, sanitized stations, covered containers). Permits and insurance provided upon requests.

📌 Setup Requirements

Clients must provide:

Access to shade/cover for outdoor events (tent, canopy, or similar). Available for rent if not provided.

Table/space for drink station (unless we are bringing one — available upon request)

Power source if the event requires electric décor or add-ons.

⚠️ Allergen Disclaimer

Our drinks may contain fruit purées, sweeteners, or natural flavorings. Please inform us of any allergies in writing before your event. The Lemon Aid Lounge is not responsible for undisclosed allergies.

📈 Overage Policy

Packages include a set number of gallons/cups. If guest counts exceed the package size, additional cups and gallons will be charged at the add-on rates. This ensures every guest is served without interruption.

💳 Payment Methods

CashApp, Zelle, PayPal Debit / Credit Card and Cash (balance due before event start).
